Conditions for a refund
A total refund for a purchase of L3DT Professional
will be issued if the following conditions have been satisfied:
- L3DT Professional fails to execute on the target computer, or operates with substantially reduced function relative to a reference installation.
- Less than 14 days have elapsed since the purchase date.
- The target computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements.
- You have not violated the terms of the license agreement.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund, please send an e-mail to sales@bundysoft.com
with the following information:
- Your name as it appeared on the billing invoice.
- Your invoice number.
- A description of the nature of the fault (screenshots may help).
If, from the information you provided, we can ascertain that the above requirements have been met, a full refund will be issued via Kagi or PayPal, depending on the payment method used.
