====== Exporting a selected area of a map ======

To export a selected area of a map, you must first select the area using either the [[l3dt:userguide:edit:selarea|select map area window]] (for exact coordinates), or the [[l3dt:userguide:tools:selarea|select area mouse tool]] (for hand selection). Once you have selected an area, use the '//File->Export->Selected area...//' menu option to open the [[l3dt:userguide:io:export:active|export map wizard]].
