  * Non-transferable.
  * Non-exclusive.

====Restrictions====

  * You may not copy or otherwise re-distribute the software.
  * You may not dissemble or otherwise 'hack' the software.
  * You must not allow other persons to access your activation key, or fail to reasonably prevent others from accessing your key (for //L3DT Professional//).

====Commercial use====

There are no specific restrictions on commercial use.

====Upgrades====

Free upgrades are provided for two years after purchase of //L3DT Professional//.
