False if an error occurred, and true otherwise.

===== Comments =====

Once the variable has been deleted, the ZVAR handle becomes unassigned and cannot be used without first re-assigning it to another variable (e.g. using [[zeolite:functions:var_Create]], [[zeolite:functions:var_GetVar]], [[zeolite:functions:list_GetItemA]], etc). Using an unassigned ZVAR is a sure way to get a general protection fault from Windows.
