Resizing the design map
You may change the size of an existing design map using the 'Operations→Design map→Resize design map' menu option. This option opens up the heightfield size and design map size wizards, shown below. The controls are as described on the Making a 'designable map' project page.

If you change the size of your design map, you should re-generate any maps derived from the design map, including the heightfield, and any maps derived from the heightfield. Basically, just regenerate all maps in the project except the design map.
