Heightfield display schemes

You can enable / disable the contour lines by selecting the 'View→Display effects→Show heightfield contour lines' option in the menu.

I will in future include the option to modify the intervals and colours of contour lines, but they are hard-coded at the moment. At the time of writing I do not recall what intervals the contour colours represent, but you can always find out the altitude by double-clicking on the heightfield.

Note: Contour lines look a little goofy on really large maps such as the 32k × 32k heightfield shown below. I will add a more intelligent scheme for determining contour line intervals in a future release.
