Strange 'walls' in terrain when using mosaic maps

Root cause The vertical scaling in the mosaic heightfield files are different, which is not handled well by L3DTVi2.
First observed L3DT 2.1, re-emerged with 2.3PR.
Bug status Squished. This bug was fixed in L3DT 2.3. If you find otherwise, please send me an abusive e-mail.
Workaround Load the map in L3DT and select the 'Options→Unify mosaic scales' menu option.
