Description
Display a message box notifying the user that the project must be saved to continue, and provide a 'save as' window to save the project.

Function prototype

Return value
True if the project is successfully saved, and false if:
- The user cancelled the save window, or;
- An unspecified error occurred.
Comments
The notification message box looks like:
If the user clicks OK, a standard Windows file dialog is displayed to allow the user to select the filename of the project. If the user clicks Cancel, zproj_DemandSave returns false.
