Change the file format used to save a map to disk. This function will re-save the map in the new format, and change the file extension if necessary.

False if an error occurred, and true otherwise.
This function will fail if the map has not yet been saved (use zmap_SaveFile in this case). This condition does not apply to mosaic maps, which are always saved to disk.
