Premature termination of water flooding in mosaic maps

Root cause
The file I/O code for saving a temporary map used during water-flooding calculations was bogus.
First observed
In L3DT 2.1.
Bug status
Squished. This bug was fixed in L3DT 2.3. If you find otherwise, please send me an abusive e-mail.
Workaround
There was no workaround. This was a nasty, nasty bug.
