By purchasing, downloading or otherwise using L3DT, you agree to the full-text of the EULA, and not this summary thereof.

L3DT CARRIES NO WARRANTY.

You may not copy or otherwise re-distribute the software.
You may not dissemble or otherwise 'hack' the software.
You must not allow other persons to access your activation key, or fail to reasonably prevent others from accessing your key (for L3DT Professional).

There are no specific restrictions on commercial use.

Free upgrades are provided for 18-months after purchase of L3DT Professional.
