Settings

Current project

The 'Settings→Current project' option allows you to manually modify the settings and flags stored in the map project.

Georeferencing

The 'Settings→Georeferencing' option allows you to manually modify the 'real-world' location data for your map. Please refer to the georeferencing plugin page for more info.

Multi-thread settings

The 'Settings→Multi-thread' option allows you to control the number of cores/threads used by L3DT's calculations. Please refer to the multi-threading page for more information.

Local settings

The 'Settings→Local settings' option allows you to manually modify some settings and user-preferences of your L3DT installation (ie 'local' settings, not to be shared).

File paths

The 'Settings→File paths' option allows you to manually modify the file-paths to several resources used by L3DT, as shown below:

Windows

The 'Settings→Windows' option allows you to manually modify the size of some dialogs and wizards, as well as change fonts and various other display settings.

Presets

The 'Settings→Presets' option allows you to manually modify preset values for some calculations and control dialogs.

Currently, the only settings accessible here are the presets from the wizard presets bar.

Strings

The 'Settings→Strings' option allows you to manually edit some description strings used by the walk-through guide and some other dialogs.

Activation code

The 'Settings→Activation code' option opens the please enter your activation code dialog, where you can enter your activation code for L3DT Professional Edition. You should only have to do this once, unless your hard-disk and/or windows registry have been corrupted or your operating-system has been reinstalled.
