Why is the y-axis inverted in my map file?

Depending on the map-viewing application you use, L3DT maps map appear to be inverted in the y-axis. This is because L3DT uses a right-handed coordinate system, following the convention in mathematics and the physical sciences, which puts pixel (0, 0) at the bottom left-hand corn…

Can you provide source code for [...]?

This question is addressed on the bits and pieces of source-code page.

Can you please write a better tutorial on [...]?

Yes. The tutorials on this site is, in part, built from the answers to such questions. As the developer I have a uniquely poor perspective on what users do and do not need to know, so I welcome requests for (and advice on) improving the tutorials.

Please refer to the development plan page.

How should I request a feature?

If you would like to make suggestions for the future direction of L3DT, please post your thoughts on this thread of the community forum. Before you ask for something, it's probably a good idea to check that it's neither listed on the development plan, nor in the forums' history.
