The home page now only lists the news in brief, with the full text available here.
I've shuffled the information page so that it is somewhat easier to read.
I've fixed up a lot of the sloppy HTML code. Most of the pages on this website now satisfy the W3C HTML 4.01 (transitional) standard, and the rest will soon. The CSS had a few bugs too.
