Day = 1, bugs = 2

Okay, so far it looks like there are two bugs with release 2.3:

  1. The installer fails if you don't have a C: drive.
  2. The new wizard dialogs don't render properly on some systems (possibly a Win2k/older problem1)).

I apologise to those affected by these bugs, and I'll upload a fix as soon as possible.
