Still going...

I'm in the process of cleaning up the interface and squishing little bugs. If all goes according to plan L3DT 2.1 should be available in two weeks or so :-).

L3DT 2.1 not finished yet...

I'm taking a week or two to re-write the mosaic-map (dynamic caching) class to minimise memory fragmentation.

The viewer isn't finished but it's coming along nicely.

Release 2.1 should be ready by late October or early November.

The next major feature to go into L3DT (after 2.1) will be high-resolution interpolated textures from a user-defined texture library. That should up the 'prettiness factor' by about 10,000x (estimate).

Miscellaneous ramblings.

I found a bug in L3DT release 2. The screen-capture function didn't work properly because I forgot to refresh the screen first. The fix will come in release 2.1.

Speaking of 2.1, L3DT is finished but the viewer is not. Give us a week or two and it'll be up and going. I promise it will be worth the wait.

I'll be updating the tutorial and tech info pages soon(ish).
