Bug in 'var_Create' API function

I just noticed that the 'var_Create' API function does not work properly. Whilst it does create a variable of the correct type and name, it was doing so in the wrong variable namespace, which meant that 'var_GetVar' could not find it. The fix will be in L3DT v2.5. No API upgrade is necessary.
