New site portal

Hello,

I've been experimenting with phpBB Fetch All to create a new front-page for the site that is integrated with the forums. Please check it out and let me know what you think.

Toodleoo,
Aaron.

PS: A few bits might look a bit wonky, as I haven't had time to tweak the CSS (it's particularly bad in IE).

Thanks Oshyan,

I'm glad it meets your approval :). I found phpBB Fetch All to be a really first-rate script, and it only took me a few minutes to get it up and going. The one tricky bit was getting phpBB2's CSS to play-nice with the main page template, but I got that after a bit of rooting-around. Oh yes, and phpBB2 doesn't output valid XHTML, so the front-page doesn't validate any more. That’s probably nothing more than a pity, though.

Anyhoo, the portal is now 'live', and the announcement is here.

Cheers,
Aaron.

Cool! Only problem I have is that when I use ctrl+ to zoom text in Firefox, the contents on pages write over the headers and make a bit of a jumble.
Only a small problem though.

Thanks for the heads-up trollfiddler, I'll look into it when I can.

Cheers,
Aaron.
