Wow, that is sweet. Thanks Aaron!

Will I get a map tab that I can export when I run those functions? And any advice on editing layers 1+ ? Would the design brush work on those?

More control over the design map is awesome.

Hi Telarus,

Yes, you can get a map tab for those layers. The easiest way is probably to download and use the GetDesignMapLayer script. To use the script, save the file somewhere, then use the 'Extensions->ZeoScript->Run script file' menu option in L3DT. To apply the changes back to the design map, use the SetDesignMapLayer script. Alternatively, you can achieve much the same thing using the ZeoGraph filters.

The non-altitude layers can be edited using the rather crude byte map brush. The design map brush does not work on maps of any type other than the design map type, and these layers are byte maps. The attitude layer probably can't be edited in L3DT right now (bizarre, I know), but I'll add support for this in the dev builds after the next release.

Cheerio,
Aaron.
