Arma III textures to use in L3DT

I know how to import them into the game, but I am running into some problems:

1. The scale seems to be off. One rock ends up being 100 meters large (when its simply a pebble in the actual texture). The sat map is matched up perfect, so Idk whats causing that.

2. Would I maybe need to do some additional blurring to the texture? It's suppose to act as a satellite map, so I need it to look not too good I guess.
