Disabling the blue underwater texture overlay

Hello,
I am wondering how I might go about disabling the underwater blue texture that L3dt places on everything below the sea level and replacing it with a sand texture. I poked around and did not see an actual blue texture anywhere so I assume its applied over top of any texture under the sea level by the engine at terrain paintmap render time.

Hello,

For the sake of anyone else who has the same problem:

Uncheck the 'Water effects' option in the light mapping wizard.
