Hay Aaron,

I went to change my icon and I deletted the old Icon, then tried to upload the new one and got:

Unable to upload file

DEBUG MODE

Line : 249
File : usercp_avatar.php

As an error message, so maybe you better take a look at it and I will try later..

Hehe, nice. Would probably look better as a .jpg though.

Not if you have the right tools. Usually a .jpg will actually compress a full color image like that much better. GIF is good for line art and text, .jpg for photos. If you have Photoshop use the Save For Web option from the File menu. *Much* better than the Save As .jpg saving. Otherwise just increase compression in your application of choice. Shouldn't be too hard to get it down to 6kb. That seems like an awfully small avatar size limit though...

Hello,

Okay, the limit is up to 24k, which is hardly any compression on a 100x100 pixel image.

Cheers,
Aaron.
