are still happening in the latest dev version.
It's really annoying, and honestly, it would make me really really happy if it could be squashed. It causes me a significant amount of trouble.

Hi Forboding,
I'm sorry for the delay on this one. I think I have to write a new algorithm to do the down-sampling properly, probably using a Gaussian filter. This is on my to-do list, but I honestly can't give an ETA on right now due to other work commitments. I'll let you know when I know.

ok that's cool. I can figure out how to circumvent it for now (there has always been one method even though the methodology changes every time, to get it to work correctly).
