L3DTVi2 bug: mosaic rendering

Hi All,

I stumbled across the fault that prevents L3DTVi2 from rendering mosaic heightfields. However, since I can't recompile the bugger, I've added a hack to L3DT to make it work. I will upload a new version later today.

The problem was in a case-sensitive string compare on the mosaic type in the L3DTVi2 mosaic master file loader. I've changed the output from L3DT to conform with L3DTVi2's expectations. If you have an existing project that contains mosaic heightfields or water maps, you need only re-load it in L3DT and click on the save button. This will re-save the MMF files with the 'fixed' (read: hacked) mosaic type strings, so that the map will display properly in L3DTVi2.
