Requesting support for NWN2 terrain file format.

Thanks for the request. This has been requested before, several times. However, I've not yet been able to find any specification for the file format, so there's not much I can do.

Sorry, didn't know the request was already made. But, I'm glad to see there is interest. Hmm, I wonder if I made it earlier. Anyway, lemme see if I can get that spec somehow.
