Hi Aaron.

How can you see is very important for me the importing processes.

When i import a Design Map from an heightfield L3DT open a panel that allows to change DM sample rate (default 64) or, alternatively, to choose DM size (with or without disk paging).

When i import an heightfield and, after, i want to generate DM from heightfield, L3DT forces a resample to default (64)

It's possible to have same chooses Design Map > Generates from HF?

Hi Mauro,

Sorry, 64x is hard-coded for at least the next release. To change this requires a new terrain algorithm, not a modification to the current one.

Please note also that during import, you are setting the sample rate from the file to the design map, but the size factor from the design map back to the heightfield is still 64x (always).

I've put it on my to-do list for v2.4c to experiment with different terrain algorithms, with different size factors.
