It is possible to somehow save alfa map settins (which atributes will be in which channell)? I have now cca 30 atributes and doing it again and again after small changes in map is quite time consuming and I very often dont remember which grouping I made before.

Hi Demostenes,

Which version of L3DT are you using? The latest dev build of L3DT Pro should do this. Please let me know if you find otherwise.

Best regards,
Aaron.

I tried latest version, but I dont know, where I can import settings of alfa mask (I saved settings to xml file, it seems to contain information, which atrribute is in which channel, so exactly the information I want to load).

Hi Demostenes,

Oops, when you requested the ability to save alpha map settings in your first post, I should have realised you also wanted to load alpha map settings. Unfortunately, L3DT doesn't have a way to import previous layer settings into the alpha map wizard. I'll put this on the development plan.

The nearest equivalent is the 'Extensions->atFilterAM->Alpha export express' menu option (user guide is here). This feature can combine alpha layers using 'filters', which you can easily apply to multiple maps (the filters are stored by L3DT, and can be used again later). Please note that this feature only generates alpha maps at the same resolution as the attributes map. If you normally use different resolutions for your attributes and alpha maps, this feature isn't for you.

Best regards,
Aaron.

Great, thanks a lot!
