Importing Splines

Hi,

Someone probably already asked that, but I can't see to find precise information about how building roads automatically.

I'd like to know if it'd be possible to import splines/vectors to automatically create flattened smoothed roads using these splines.

Hi Celess,

Sorry, the road generator is not quite finished. It's currently scheduled for the release after next (sometime 2014). That said, it's probably not too hard to generate roads from external vector/spline data, so I'll see if I can get something ready before then. Thanks for the reminder.

Perhaps this concept could be expanded to other tools, such as the levelling tool? :) So you could level anywhere along a spline instead of in a straight line.
