Hi,
I want to redesign my house but start off with the topography. I was wondering if there was a way to input real elevations.
Thank you.

Hi FyrFLy106,

In what format do you have your elevation data presently? If you have survey point data, then you will need to find a program to rasterise it. I can't recommend any particular program since this is not something I've done before, but there may be some members in the community who have rasterised point data and may be able to help (anyone, anyone?). If you have your data as a raster format, you may be able to directly import it into L3DT, depending on the format (TER/BT/HFF/HFZ/HF2/BMP/PNG/TGA/JPG are supported). If it's in another raster format (e.g. a DEM), then I would recommend you load the file in VTBuilder (free, thanks to Virtual Terrain Project), and export it as a BT file, which L3DT can load natively.

Best regards,
Aaron.
