3D Fails with invalid maps present

I was trying out the preview DM option in an existing map (which has DM, HF and water/salinity maps)

After completion of the HF replacement I started the 3D renderer.

I got a warning which is fair enough but the rendering failed as well which was unexpected.

 - water map rendering disabled; map is incorrect size.
CSapphireWnd::ShowWnd error:
 -  call to InitLandscape failed
ExtFunc_var_Delete error:
 - invalid var handle (in Sapphire.x64.zeo)


I closed the water and salinity maps and the 3D mode worked.

It would be nicer if it soldiered on without needing me to delete the water map. Apologies if that's actually harder to do than it seems from the outside!

Hi David,

Thanks for the bug report. I've commented out the 'return false'. This error will now be logged, but the rendering will continue without the water map. The fix will be in the next build.
