Voting for March

Postby Aaron » Mon Apr 02, 2007 12:47 am

Hi Everyone,

Entries have closed in the March Image of the Month Competition, and I'd like to thank Demi and SGooding for their fine work. Somewhat unusually, the field is dominated by real-time images, with nary a TG2, Vue or Bryce render in sight. Not that that is necessarily a bad thing, as this month we have some pretty fine technology on display, including texture splatting, bloom shaders, procedural detail noise. In the order in which they were entered, we have:The voting poll is open for three days, which means it will close at around about 12AM GMT on Thursday the 5th of April (10AM Melbourne time). Happy voting!

Cheers,
Aaron.

Two guesses for which image I voted for :D

Very nice looking river Aaron- both technically and aesthetically satisfying.

Grats to all that won and those that didn't. It is nice seeing people enter stuff and keeps Aaron frosty and on his toes /winks, well done guys. All your stuff was great, wish I had of had the time to enter, but hay work is deep, pipelines not working, workflow is sucky right now and so on.
