To instantly move to another position on your map, select the 'Position→Teleport' menu item in Sapphire (or press the 't' key) to open the teleport dialog:
The X, Y and Z edit boxes allow you to set the X (east/west), Y (north/south) and Z (up/down) coordinates of the camera position. The values are in vertex units (e.g. x = 500 is the 500th pixel in the X direction.)
The Azim. number is the azimuth (or heading) of the camera, measured in degrees, where 0 is north, 90 is east, 180 is south, and 270 is west. The Elev. number is the elevation of the camera, also in degrees, where 0 is horizontal, 90 is straight up, and -90 is straight down.
You can store and recall camera positions/orientations using the presets list. To store the current X/Y/Z/Azim/Elev coordinates, click on the Create button. To load a preset, select it from the list and click on the Load button.
If you hit OK, the camera will be instantly teleported to the positions set in the X/Y/Z edit boxes, and the camera orientation will be changed to the given azimuth and elevation. If you hit cancel, the camera position will be unchanged.
