Curvature of the Earth?

Say I wanted to do an Island scene in the middle of the ocean. Looking out at the vast expanse of ocean, you can see the curvature of the Earth.
Is there a way to show this in L3DT?

Hi Mudpuddle,
The
spherical distort plugin may be of some use to you here. Please note that this plugin actually changes the heightfield data. You can undo these changes with the 'Edit->Undo' menu option.
