Hello there!

If I want to sell a digital package that contains OBJ files originally generated by L3DT, would that be OK? ...is this in the FAQ somewhere?

I wouldn't be selling the OBJ files directly; I'd be selling a video template for After Effects that uses the OBJ files as source files. The user would be able to move the camera around 3D terrain and such.

Yep, this is in the FAQ. You're free to use anything you've produced in L3DT for any purpose, including sale or other commercial uses. However, you can't redistribute L3DT or any parts thereof (including resources).
