1 region map for Second life

Any one have any experience making height maps for secondlife/opengrid?

I want to make a 1 region map. I found some instructions at opensimulator but they are wrong. L3DT gives errors if I follow their directions.

any help would be appreciated.

Hi Matt,

I have no direct experience with OpenSim myself, but I note that in the users' wiki that there are links to three tutorials on using L3DT with OpenSim that may be useful (one, two and three).

Also, can you post here or e-mail me (to aaron@bundysoft.com) the error log that L3DT generates when you try to follow the OpenSim tutorial? You can open the log file from the start menu under 'All programs->Bundysoft->L3DT [version]->L3DT log file'.
