Hi Michael,

I apologise for the inconvenience of that spam PM. I have deleted the account of the offending user, banned their username and variants thereof, banned the domain of their e-mail account, and further reduced the limit of users PM outbox. Should this abuse continue, I will disable PMs altogether.

I've now modified the forum software to prevent newly-registered users from posting PMs or e-mails to other users until they have first made posts in the public forum. Please let me know if any spam problems continue.
