Hi All,

In another last-minute change to L3DT release 2.5b, I've changed the default horizontal scaling of the heightfield from 10m/vertex to 2m/vertex. This new setting should strike a better balance between FPS and RTS-style games. Using this default setting, a typical map output from L3DT using the default settings will look like this:

This was done with 4x texture res. For prettier results, 8x-32x texture resolutions are recommended.

Also, I've changed the 'design map size' wizard to include a slider for the heightfield resolution (see here). The slider range goes from 0.1m to 1000m per vertex, but if you'd like to use a number outside this range, you can still type it into the exit box.
