Hello Aaron + all, I'm working on a game similar to Mechcommander:

I am getting used to L3DT and have tried a few times. But my results so far seem to be 'zoomed out' too far. I want to get closer to the ground, but changing horizontal scale doesn't seem to get me exactly what I'm looking for.
Any tips on how I can generate terrain at a similar scale to that in the video? Thanks!
