Strange gaps in water map when using mosaic maps

Description See title, or image below.
Root cause The TerrainRenderer used for the water map is not managing mosaic tiles correctly.
First observed 25th of May, 2005, when support for mosaic heightfields was reintroduced.
Bug status Still active. Probably due for fix in late 2006.
Workaround None.
