New 'arid' climate available.

Users of L3DT 2.3 beta may download the new arid climate to their '[L3DT path]\climates' directory [Edit: download is no longer available]. Before using the climate, you'll need to register the climate file using the 'Options→Climates→Register new climate…' menu option.

This climate would probably benefit from some better textures, particularly for dirt. I'll see what I can scrounge up.
