Hi Aaron, Hi everybody..

I'm attempting to make a flightsim with L3DT pro and TGEA.
This is the tilemapped terrain i'm using for testing..
(it's made from 256x256 tiles)

My question is... Can i do the same thing with L3DT ?

I've set L3DT's mosaic map to export 256x256 chunks,
but is it possible to have a different texture per chunk?

any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Kendo,

I'm sorry for the slow reply. At the moment, L3DT doesn't have specific support for tileset mapping. However, plugins can be created to import or export tileset maps, and the L3DTio_SMT plugin is a partial example of this (it imports tileset maps in the SMT format).

I've listed this feaure on the plugin requests page, which means that if no other developer beats me to it, I'll have a look at it once I've sorted out some of the more pressing items on my to-do list. Thanks for the suggestion.
